Recently, I made a short "film" to air alongside a performance for a screening of a zombie film I play a character in. It's an uncomfortable onslaught on your senses and morals, lots of nudity and bloody chunks of filth. I wanted it to be a one-time airing but I've decided that, for a limited time, I will release it on Bandcamp as an A/V release. Your download comes with the full length versions of the HNW ear-smashers used in the live screening, as well as a bonus track; plus a text file linking to the full NSFW video. You've been warned. I’ll be playing in San Bernardino Saturday, collaborating with two members of the band Sprain to bring you a catastrophically weird set. Then Sunday I’ll be performing at Coaxil in LA in Kiwi Cube, my duo with Slime Queen Bingo, and getting my crotch tattooed on stage. You won’t wanna miss these train wrecks .

For those who haven't heard it yet, Sunk Cost is essentially just my second solo project paying tribute to Harsh Noise in all forms. Everything from dynamic hyperspeed cut-ups, to dense walls of static, to trashy junk metal loops, to weird tape and efx manipulations. It's hopelessly unoriginal Harsh Noise for the sake of Harsh Noise. No aesthetics, no gimmicks, no hints of other genres (like you'd find in Breakdancing Ronald Reagan material etc). Just pure HN that's both fun and punishing to listen to. For fans of classic Macronympha and all the Japanese Noise masters (Incapacitants, CCCC, Merz, etc). HMU if you're in ATX and want a copy or order it directly from the label.
