Nicholas Szep thought he’d get a day off from running but arrived home from the USCGA to happily complete the Turkey Trot in 26.13.

Seahawk Rich took part in Cecil College Athletics’ inaugural virtual 5K Walk/Run on Monday by walking 5K (3.11 miles) on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Forest Hill. It took me 53 minutes, 5 seconds. It was a sunny but cold, brisk day.
