Diabetes is different every day.
Exercise, travel, hormones, illness and food affect glucose numbers and they're never the same.
My numbers the last week or so have been a massive roller coaster to say the least! I experienced my worst hypo last week which dropped to around 2.4
Every time I have a bad hypo the number then shoot straight up. Meaning it takes a while for numbers to settle. Speaking as a Type 2, it's not as straightforward all the time.
If you are also Type 2 and need advice - as a health coach I can offer you guidance and support in controlling diabetes for the most part.
I have bad days with my diabetes but I know how to manage it and I can help you.

Practice self-care this week and self-love
First ever Yoga Supper Club happened last night and it was so beautiful. A full yoga class led by me as opposed to yogalates for once, followed by a wonderful Supper and non-alcoholic bubbles and gift bag. Thanks to all who supported, came, and sent lovely messages.
Looking forward to the next one in a month's time!!
LOVE using the dharma wheel in my practice now. It's been about 4 years since I've been able to use it. They are so beneficial and amazing to use.
This Friday I am so excited to host my first Yoga Supper Club. Combining healthy, delicious food and beautiful yoga and meditation - I can't wait to do this!
