A colleague from work has set up a great scheme to raise money for NHS Charities together and CHSW! ๐
Penny has organised a virtual fun run for Sunday May 24th (tomorrow...). People can walk/run 1, 3 or 6 miles then send in their pictures and videos, anyone can also make donations to support. Check it out on the link below ๐ฒ
I (Mario) will be running 8.5 miles along the seafront tomorrow from 12.30PM to aid the cause ๐ฃ๐บ

Well that was a fun run, need about ten gallons of water after that!
It was all a bit impulsively done and after watching back can see the quality of running whilst videoing is horrendous sorry ๐ will alter this for the next attempt if/when i regain my bodily fluids again!
