Hey everyone sorry for the late update.
As you all know, we were on a brief hiatus for the last 10 months following the huge blowout fight we all had at band practice over whether or not we should be using our two blacklight fixtures & strobe light during band practice (or reserve them for use at shows only).
It’s neither here nor there at this stage of the game though, as all three of the light fixtures were smashed during the fight anyways, so the topic of debate carries absolutely no relevance to the future of the band at this point.
What IS relevant is that we finally came to our senses and got rid of that asshammer Nacho T who caused all the friction that fateful day, and we are happy to announce that we have just welcomed a new badass bass player to The D.A!! Which btw, has allowed for us to begin finishing writing our new song - and therefore, rest assured everyone, plans for our EP are now back in the forefront!!

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve posted anything on here cuzzz we just been busy as s**t, but our manager is on our arses now to post a quick update to our fans! 🖕
So here goes...

To the BEST fans in the whole wide world who have always stuck by our side, we ❤️ you! (All 4 of you!)
We have been working really hard on our upcoming EP and are nearly done with the pre-production side of things! (Big shout out to TJ’s mom for letting us mess up her basement and also for ordering us the Dominoes!)
The new EP (entitled ‘RoadHead’ will still just consist of one song (entitled ‘Cuzz It’s Cool’), and the track may/or may not feature guest vocals from a guest vocalist
The ‘RoadHead’ EP will NOT be released digitally (cuzz bump dat yo), but the CD will be released on Jan 27 2022 (10” vinyl format tentative release date of May 7 2023) all on the one and only ProRawk Records
(We might also check to see if Punk & Disorderly Recordswould like to release ‘RoadHead’ out to Canada, but we haven’t asked them about it yet)

Lastly, we just found out that one of our songs was selected to be on a really COOL benefit compilation with a ton of other really great bands, and we are all super stoked and honored to be part of this project that serves to prevent su***de!
So HUGE Thank You out to Sensory Garden for even considering us to take part in this benefit!! 🥰🔥🔥

Just wrote a new banger last night- well halfway there! We just have a verse and chorus, but the chorus can be used twice in the song!
Sucks that we already sent our EP to the plant tho, b/c having twin songs would be cooler than just having the one. Maybe we will just release two EPs around the same time?
That’s just as cool in our book, F**K YEAH!

Now that we have written a new song and have our first EP coming out soon, we’ve been fielding a lot of questions about how we came up with the EPs title - So to make a stupid story short, Jimenez’s bass guitar blew up Big D’s brand new Marshal stack at our VFW show and we all hated Jimenez for doing something so fu**in stupid at a show that only sold 8 tickets cuz we couldn’t play for 7 months afterwards with no amp 🖕 And yeaaa ‘blew up’ as in literal flames you see in the pic my auntie took from the pit

But we all good now and ready to rip all our fans some crazyass super sick new s**t!

It was a tough call but We decided to say F**K DIGITAL, and just pressed 500 copies of it on a 12” vinyl! (Since it’s just the one song, we did the B side etched with the DisShocker Abilitized logo
