Class of 2023 Sober Grad EUHS

***Attention EUHS Junior Parents ***

We are looking for volunteers on Friday, June 9th for Sober Grad.
Please let us know if you are available to volunteer. We need parents to check in the seniors and guest at the school in the cafeteriaat 1030pm.. We need parents to ride the bus from school to Adventure Park. Sober Grad 2023 is asking if any parents are available to chaperone at Adventure Park, you will earn points for you Junior student for their Sober Grad next year.

Come join the Sober Grad monthly meeting on Tuesday night at 6pm.

We will be meeting at NSE Insurance for this month. Lots has happened and we have lots going on for the future.

SENIORS- we really need your attendance to discuss the location of your Sober Grad event.

Our meeting has been canceled for tonight. We will meet tomorrow night at 630 pm at NSE Insurance, 160 S D St, Exeter.

Eat some tamales- green chili chicken $3 each, baked goods and hot chocolate $1 each, and raffle baskets. $1 ticket or 6 for $5!

Good morning! Happy Friday!!

Sober Grad has so much going on for December. We have a location in front of Exeter Fitness for the Thursday night shopping.

We will be selling hot chocolate and baked goods for $1. Donations are needed to make this a successful fundraiser. Baked goods, hot chocolate, whip cream, stirs, cups, sprinkles, etc.

We will also have 6-8 small raffle baskets and one grand raffle basket. Any Christmas item is welcomed to be donated for our grand basket. Any donation will go towards your senior for points. Raffle will happen the last night 12/22. Tickets will be $1 each or 6 for $5. If you own a business or want to donate a basket, the more the merrier.

We are also in need of parents and Seniors to help each night from set up to clean up: 430pm- 830pm.

Come support Sober Grad at tomorrow night's football game.

We will be doing a raffle for a sports themed basket. Items include $50 gift certificate to Dick's Sporting, Exeter Meat gift certificate, ASB student sticker, an annual EUHS sports pass, blanket. Sweater, Signed EUHS senior football, and much more.

Tickets will be $1 each or 6 for $5.

We are still in need of donations for our Senior raffle basket.

Any sports themed, snacks, tailgate items, gift cards, would be much appreciated. We have a sports wagon, football, $50 Dicks gift card, a $25 Exeter meat locker gift card, a blanket, and a hoodie..

Seniors voted on the point system:

1 hour of volunteering = 5 tickets
Every $1 donated = 5 tickets

Board members, sub committee members, and seniors holding positions = 250 tickets (1 time)

There have been two fundraisers since we started. The first was in September. Sober Grad raffled off 2 USC vs Fresno State football tickets during the football games. We were able to raise $365. Second fundraiser was held on October 8th at the Fall Festival. Sober Grad had a face painting booth and raised $630.

Seniors voted on Bowlero in Visalia as venue with McDermont second.

Our next fundraiser will be a Senior basket at the last home game on Friday, October 28th. We are in need of sports donations, gift cards, etc by Wednesday, October 26th. You can message Diana Ruiz or Sienna Guerrero or here on messenger.

Next week is fall break. We will be moving our meeting to Monday, October 17th at 6pm in the library.

We will finalize where Sober Grad will be held and look at future fundraisers.

Monday, September 12th at 7pm in the library, attend our official meeting of the 2022-2023 Sober Grad.

We will have a table selling 2 Fresno State vs USC football tickets for $5. All tickets sold will go towards the 2023 Sober Grad. The game will be on September 17th.

Sober Grad Update:
Senior sunset will be Saturday, May 30th. Sober Grad has voted to provide a Taco truck and Rita's Italian truck for those attending. We will also be handing out the raffle prizes for all Seniors who earned tickets from attending meetings and different fundraisers.
We will doing the drawing prior to Saturday and have gifts ready for pick up on Saturday. Sober Grad does not want to take up time that the Seniors have planned to spend with each other.
Although this is not how anyone wanted the year to end, Sober Grad can still help provide one last memory for our Seniors. 💛💙
