Sure Cuts A Lot 6.030 - Split Text
New to the Text menu. I hesitated to post this because of a bug I’ve been testing. Currently, the function works, just an issue with fonts.
Split All - will split all glyphs/letters, so they can be selected individually.
Split by Spaces - splits by spaces, words can be selected individually.
Split by Lines - will split lines of text.

Main Screen
SCAL 6 - you can utilize the surrounding area beyond the mat, top, bottom, left, and right. Previously, just the right-hand side and bottom.
In this example, zoom is set to 20%. Use the Zoom In Tool > click the zoom out icon or adjust the zoom setting in the Status Bar.

New to Sure Cuts A Lot 6 - Round Corners. Go to Path > Round Corners
Corner selection - Beveled, Rounded, and Rounded Inset. Also, a Radius setting.

Good Afternoon!
Some of you may be aware, a new version of the software has been released, SCAL 6. Numerous new features have been added to the latest version. New in v6 are Monograms.
Go to Effects > Monogram.
The Monogram window will open, and at the top, you’ll notice a Frame and Text tab.
Frame tab - a dropdown menu consisting of 4 selections. None, Classic, Decorative, and Florals. Each with a selection of pre-made frames, with the exception of None. Adjustments - W - H, Keep Ratio, Thickness, Color, and Update Preview.
Text tab - adjustments for Text W - H, Keep Ratio, selection of monogram styles, color, Font selection, Tracking (space between each letter, and Letter W - H.
Creating monograms has never been easier. Take a test drive.
