Sarah Baartman chess team excels at Eastern Cape Provincial Chess Championship | News24 Players from the Sarah Baartman District Chess Union represented their area with honour this school holiday, at the Eastern Cape Provincial Chess Championship in Komani, from September 30 to October 2.

Just breaking the silence. We participated in the Eastern Cape Provincial Chess Championship in Queenstown that was held from the 30th September untill the 2nd October.
All our teams did extremely well in that event.
Super proud of all the players.
Feedback that was received from the players and parents indicated that the really enjoyed the event.
Sarah Baartman District Chess Union will be hosting their first trials on 25th June 2022 at Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay.
