Hello everybody, this is a house in new Braunfels in a neighborhood called Manor Creek! The house is all stoned so all we had to do was work on the facia boards, soffits and eaves. Along with some drip edge and flashing and jack pipes on the roof. We sealed any gap that we saw. We suggest people preserve their home every 3 to 5 years. This is our second job in ATX across the street from our first job. We removed the homeowners belongings and installed walls, then applied joint compound to the gaps. Sanded the walls for a smooth finish and applied an orange peel texture. once that dried, we applied an oil base primer to the older sheetrock. Once dry, we applied a white flat paint to the walls. We installed a kitchen 40 inch X 60 inch custom double pane window. This is perfect for a much more stronger glass and an all around better view. Hello good morning, this week we completed a post project in cibolo. We replaced some rotted 8x8 post because termites got into them and the home owner wanted ti make sure her patio covers were standing strong! We built a 8 foot super privacy fence all around our customers property. We were able to keep the old metal post and just added more post for a longer standing fence. Happy new year everyone! Here is a project we did last year for AllState Insurance. First we repaired all walls and removed all wallpaper. Once the walls were repaired, we added texture and painted the whole house. Then we removed the kitchen cabinets and continued working on walls. Once the painting was done we installed LVP flooring throughout the house. Then we installed quarter round for a better floor finish once the cabinets were painted we installed, appliances and new sink. Another happy customer! Check out our most recent remodel. This here we finished what was started, by adding to the second story after removing the old staircase and building a new one with metal welded railing! We build 2 offices and a bathroom that required a lot of electrical. Installed new doors and frames, and of corse we prepped and painted everything with two coats of super paint.
