GRIEF may be misunderstood as DEPRESSION. However, there are ocassions when the grief may lead to clinical depression suggesting the need of immediate intervention, especially if the person who is experiencing grief has a history of past depressive episodes.

What important is that you acknowledge your feelings, reflect on it and eventually learn significant insights on why are you feeling that way; and when you encounter the same feeling again, you already know how to deal with it. What interesting is that you are knowing yourself more!
