Best Turkey Meatloaf EVER! 🥳
That’s right I’m standing on it! This is by far one of the best meatloafs that you have ever had. I once heard that “meatloaf is like a glorified hamburger” 🥴 well the game has changed… this isn’t like any hamburger you’ve ever tasted! Now lets us eat!
Turkey Meatloaf Mix 🦃🍖🍞 :
2 pounds ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs (Panko is fine)
2/3 cup onion chopped or minced
1/2 cup parsley (fresh is best but dry is fine)
1 large eggs
4 cloves garlic minced
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste 🧂
Mix all ingredient together, use hands or a food processor but DON’T OVER MIX! Line pan with foil for easy clean up, place meat mixture in to pan and mold into desired shape. Bake in the oven on 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 min - 1 hr. Top with gravy and serve with side dishes of your choice, I recommend rice or potatoes and brocolli or asparagus.
