A 6150M John Deere haulout machine had some funny noises in 2nd gear and low pressure codes. Didn’t need gauges to diagnose this issue but only bets on how many pieces would the plates be in once removed. 2nd gear has left the chat. 💬 🤕🚜

Had abit of a tricky one today. Customers 6M tractor had a hitch issue when applying the 3rd SCV. Hitch would lower once the lever was engaged. Found the metal part of the lever was just contacting the stepper motor harness causing it to earth out and drop the implement.

This old John Deere 4455 was starting to blow its cool 🚜💦.
As we removed the head we noticed small pitting on the liners of cylinder 3&4. To be continued.

After hours maintenance

One of our valued customers and a old school mate had a couple of Deeres that needed minor repairs. 2 new PTO seals on both the 6830 and 6330, new SCV couplers on the 68 and the 63 with a quick front axle and hub oil change out these boys will be pulling balers in the upcoming weeks.

Quick hitch cylinder reseal while the wet weather is about on this 6200.

This big work horse of 420HP needed abit of a loving during our week off this week. With a front main seal leak and a general check over she will be ready for action in the upcoming weeks.
