My compadres and I remember the food being much better at . FISH GRILL (Pico Location)
Nice outdoor seating area though.

What we ordered:

Fish Taco A La Carte - 2 tacos and 2 sides. I opted to get one fried fish taco and one grilled fish taco. The grilled fish taco was better. The taste of the fish is very over powered by the amount of cabbage they add and the tortilla they use. And there was very little fish. Very bland tacos. French fries and Cole slaw were delicious.

Fish and Chips (with grilled zucchini instead of fries) - was left hungry. Added lots of tarter sauce to the fish.

Fish Grilled Salmon Salad - happy with portion and taste. No complaints.

Unique lunch from .

Featured in this post:
- Jalapeño Ranch Burger: Phenomenal pickled jalapeños and super tasty chipotle cabbage slaw. With the burger.

- BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich: Delicious taste and interesting texture. Blends nicely with the avocado and challah bun. Would be intrested to add a crunch element to the sandwich.

- Seasoned Fries: Definitely some of the best fries in the LA kosher market. Generous seasoning. Perfect crisp. Fluffy inside. Terrific structure, shape and size. They can even compete with the fries from

Unfortunately, there is no indoor or outdoor so the team took the food to a local park (Plumber Park) and enjoyed a picnic.

One can come to for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a snack and dessert! Menu items for all meals.

The service was friendly and helpful. The food wait took seven minutes and came hot and fresh.

Mid night snack (Chalav Stam). Open 24/7 with a drive through. Located in Burbank.

LA kosher restaurants close so early in the night, some as early as 7pm. Very limited options after 10pm and none besides Krispy Kreme after 12am.

what can we do to cater to the midnight snackers and late night munchers? We need you!

Featured in this box:

2 sour creme doughnuts
1 sugar doughnut
1 creme filled glazed doughnut

Enjoyable alongside a hot chocolate with a pump of caramel.

Going to sleep dreaming of the day when LA will have drive through kosher restaurants open late into the night. @ Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Sunday afternoon spent well at Tel Aviv Grill where you will never leave hungry (and almost always have leftovers). The food consistently tastes fresh and delicious. The staff have great energy and are very attentive.

Featured is the shawarma
plate and shawarma pita. Every order comes with the option for sides of French fries, pickles, fried eggplant, green olives, and huge grilled spicy pepper. Other great items at Tel Aviv include the merguez, falafel, and schnitzel on your choice of pita, laffa, baguette, or plate.

The bottled Israeli drinks pair terrifically with the food and are very refreshing.

Tel Aviv has 3 meat locations in the valley and one dairy fish grill (post to come soon).

Pro Tips (All at no additional costs):

- Add grilled onions to the shwarma.

- Ask for the “Salad of the Year” (secret menu item) - a mixture of all the salads.

- Ask for a side of rice with Tahina, green schug, and lemon juice.

- Try the Amba sauce (tangy pickled mango sauce)

- Add lemon juice to your dish

- Only get one (of the two) cabbage salads in your sandwich. They taste the same and take up a lot of space.
