META just gave us stylex, a direct competitor to tailwindcss. I like this. I like that we are having more and more wonderful innovative tools in the css sector.

This feels like 2015 all over again:

1. Google created the Go programming language for multicore servers, a direct competition against nodejs in a way.

2. Microsoft created typescript as a typed layer for ECMAscript a.k.a javascript.

3. Google created dart, as a language that transpiles to Javascript

4. WebRtc was born, democratising telecom in a very sly way.

Ever since I came back from Sudan, the most hunting thought in my mind has always been the young boys, my brothers, I met during the war. They are now back in Nigeria, and obviously things are not easy for alot of people. When I think and remember their background, I can understand why and how crime can become normal in the eyes of many. Many will not even understand they are committing crimes.

Anyways, I just sealed a partnership with an Electrical Engineer, who specialises in power. He is currently training young Nigerians, and helping them create jobs by sending them to fix power problems and contracts he gets.

The funny thing is that I have been looking for him, I was told by the guards in the plaza where my office resides that this is what he does. Finally, I bumped into him today, to my shock, he recognised me immediately and even called my mother's name. He is like an elder brother to me since I was a young lad in Jos, and he is handing over administration of his company to me.

I am already penning out a kind of collaboration with the Widi-Jalo Foundation Tech Hub that is headquartered in Kano, so that we can also add Electricity and Power training to what we do. It ranges from conventional power generation to green and free energy.

I am still shocked at the current development, but I will get back to you all with more details shortly.

I have always wanted to be part of clean energy, I even have my own designs of electric generators that run without fuel and solar, never in my life did I ever think it will come this way. I am now in the hands of professionals in the field.

Today
We started a computer crash course with Ibrabs Memorial School, Kano. What we intend to do is teach some of their teachers computer from the scratch, and we will do this in five days.
Today, I took the teachers INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER. So, that is 1/5 of the whole course. They will be having Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and Revision on the last day.
