Happy Monday!
The Jarvis Gibson Foundation's Beyond The Field program has partnered with the Collaborative Practice I at Case Western Reserve University. The program consists of graduate school students from different disciplines including but not limited to dental school, law school, and social work. We have 2 groups of 5-6 students working on projects. On December 6, 2023, both groups visited John Adams College & Career Academy to meet with Mr. Gibson, scholars, and administration to include the guidance counselors and principal. The projects include Health and wellness to include healthy eating and curriculum development and enhancement for Beyond The Field. This is another partnership that helps to shape JGF and BTF.
The JG Foundation's 4th annual Holiday Angels Christmas Shopping Spree was held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Walmart at Steelyard Commons. We were able to bless 110 scholars from 10 elementary schools and 1 youth program. We would like to extend a special thank you to the 43 volunteers who served as angels, Ward 2 Councilman Kevin Bishop, CJ's Famous Angus Food Truck, Krispy Kreme Donuts in Mayfield Heights, John Adams basketball coach, John Adams athletic director and members of John Adams Just Keep Living program. Thank you to everyone for your support.

Donate or Volunteer at our Annual Holiday Angels Event this year.
The Jarvis Gibson Foundation hosts a Holiday Angels Christmas Shopping Spree for local elementary school to celebrate youth who have done well in school and secured the B.A.G. (Behavior, Attendance, Grades). Please consider adding us to your holiday gift list as we help continue to service the youth of our community. Your donations would afford us the opportunity to bless more deserving youth. 125 students are given $125 to spend in any way they choose. To continue to make a difference, we rely on the generous contributions of the members of the community. We would be most grateful if you would consider donating. Your support is critical in this outreach effort to expand to more students.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Donate and volunteer for our Holiday Angels this year!!!
Happy Monday, make this week your best week yet!
The Jarvis Gibson Foundation hosts an event each year in December called Holiday Angels. Holiday Angels is an event that rewards elementary school students who have displayed exemplary Behavior, Attendance, and Grades (BAG) with an opportunity to shop. The shopping spree is made possible by the generous donations of our donors. If you are interested in becoming a donor, please visit our website: https://www.jarvisgibsonfoundation.org/donate. We are not only in need of donations, but volunteers as well to assist the children with their shopping. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, from 8:00 am – 11:30 am at Walmart at Steelyard Commons. This partnership with Walmart is instrumental in the success of Holiday Angels. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up via our website: https://www.jarvisgibsonfoundation.org/contact-us.
Have a great Monday!
