Totally of 100 reps each exercise
Save to say life has gotten in the way lately. But its officially 30 days untill I get married so need to get my head back in the game. Carrying a knee injury from Park Run so have to work around it.
Thats the start of the week organised. Who is keen to join in ?
Day 27.
5 km Park Run... 28min.
Day 26.
10 x 3 min round with 10 x Incline Press and 1 min of skipping in between rounds.
Finished off with 4 Drive Way Sprints
Days 21 through to 25 absolute write offs. Between a massive hangover and work it just didn't happen.
Day 20.
My Bucks Party Day
6x 3min Rounds of Shadow Boxing with 1min skipping in between rounds
120 reps
-Incline Press
- DB Curls
- KB Upright Rows
Days 17 , 18 , 19 were all slack days. Work got the best of me and I wanted family down time.
Bad excuse.
Day 16.
5 x D/Way Hill Sprints (DHS)
6 x 3 min Shadow Boxing with 1min skipping in between rounds.
5 x D/way Hill sprints
5 x 10 flat bench press
3 x 10 flat DB Flys
5 x 10 Incline Bench Press
3 x 10 Incline fly
30 burpees
60 butterfly sit ups
1 min plank
4 x Drive Way Hill sprints.
Starting to up the tempo now I've got into a habit.
12-1-21
Day 15.
3 x 3mins Shadow Boxing with 1min skipping in between rounds followed 10 x 1min circuit followed by 6min Abs Circuit.
Days 13 and 14 were write offs. Had to recover from my mishap on Friday. Hurt myself.
Day 12.
Quick 10 x 1 min shed circuit targeting and and upper body..
May have had a little mischief which slowed today session.
Day 11.
5 x 3mins Shadow Boxing with 1min skipping in between rounds followed 20min circuit and burpee to plank circuit.
Day 10.
Afternoon shed circuit workout with dodging kids and dogs included.
Day 9.
Needed a rest and recovery day after yesterday. Also a 630am start kind of made it harder.
Day 8.
5km road walk/run followed by the 500 rep. challenge.
No fasting today instead a high protien breakfast.
Day 7.
5 x 3 min Shadow Boxing w/ skipping in between rounds. 20 x 1 min circuit. (Time Lapse video attached.)
Day 5 & 6
Both have been considered rest days. With New Years and call. Back into it tomorrow morning.
Day 4.
5 x 3mins Shadow Boxing with 1 min skipping in between. Followed by 20 x 1 min High Intensity circuit.
Fast till 12pm.
Day 3.
Yesterday was a rest /cleaning day. I spent the morning cleaning out so i can train easier. Was a workout in itself.
Day 2.
29th Dec 2020.
5 x 3 min Shadow Boxing w/ 1 min skipping in between rounds followed by 12 min circuit training.
Fast till 12pm.
Day 1.
28th Dec 2020- 10km fast walk = 780 calories burnt.
Fast till 12pm.
