Yesterday I celebrated an important milestone. No I didn’t turn an important number but this year represents something precious and that is empowerment, attracting our dreams, receiving what is ours, embodying the divine feminine and trusting that universe knows what we want and need and that it is delivering. We just can’t see it always.

There is no magic potion for receiving abundance. It is trust and faith that we ALL have the key to unlock it. We just have to find it in ourselves and work with it.

I hope this day forward you too experience magic moments and have “SMH” moments looking back and seeing this is exactly where you are meant to be today. Exactly.

I had a dream when I was very little. The dream had in it, the universe and the cosmos, stars and dark sky but so lit up, it could light up anything in the room. What I experienced in that dream was nothing short of a miracle. Little did I know that dream was my purpose. It took me several years to realize it, but I’m humbled and I’m here 💙
This past weekend I experienced beauty in ways I can’t describe. Light in ways I couldn’t describe.
Being a Reiki master is a privilege. It is a gift that is passed down to me and I am so grateful and honoured to hold it.
Thanking my reiki masters is truly understating the gratitude I have.
In our many nourishing conversations what resonated the most was we are light activators. That’s all we truly are. Reiki activates the power of healing your body yourself - causal, emotional, physical and otherwise. Your body knows what it needs. All we do is activate it. And for that I am humbled and honoured.
