Last year in February I decided to create something new, something exciting, something that I’ve never done before.

A year went by -and a little more-...
The Earth travelled around the Sun, my kids grow a ton, I got a year (let’s just say) wiser, glowing, neon waves have been showing up off the Southern California coast, and of course the whole World shut down due to COVID-19...

The list doesn’t stop here.
Because tomorrow is a big big day for me.

I’m finally launching my socially responsible, eco friendly activewear line,

It started off as a sparkle in my brain and I feel like something way bigger than me was holding my hands and guided me all the way to this moment.
I didn’t know any of the details at the beginning or the directions I should go to but I had faith. Faith in myself, faith in the universe and faith in God.

And today I’m standing here right at the starting line, excited, happy, proud and also a bit terrified.

I’m not going to lie. It was a really hard year. I definitely worked my 🍑 off, had a ton of frustrating, sometimes hopeless moments.

But I didn’t give up!
And that my friend is what set apart a dreamer and a doer.

I want to encourage you to follow your dreams, take a step today. Don’t hesitate. Don’t wait until tomorrow.
Just do it! Go for it!

I don’t know if this is going to be successful or not. But I know for sure that if I wouldn’t give it a try I would have been disappointed at my self for the rest of my life. And I’m grateful for everything that I have learned throughout this time. Not just about e-commerce and the fashion industry but mostly about myself 🙏

Ah, Chaturanga Dandasana ...

as one the most challenging movements in yoga, it's also one that's notoriously performed incorrectly most often. So why is it that so many yogis struggle with this pose? The key is building up enough arm strength, so that the hips and chest stay lifted as you lower down, while the elbows stay hugged in at your sides.

Mental health check in. On a scale of 1😩 to 10 😁 where are you at?

Maybe some day we’re going to say “remember the quarantine days?” but right now we are in this together but really not together...
It is overwhelming, stressful, unknown and scary but also spiritual, eye opening, grounding and powerful in the same time.

Like a roller coaster 🎢 with our feelings and emotions. Constant change between ups and downs...

Maybe we all should just stop worrying about what can go wrong and start being excited about what can go right...
Positivity comes from within 🙏💜

Did you know that stretching your hips helps you release stress?

One of the main benefits of hip openers is stretching and strengthening muscles that are directly connected to our stress response.
One muscle in particular, the psoas, is a muscle that attaches the lumbar spine to the femur bone, and is triggered when we feel stress. So, even though we don’t really have much of a need to literally “fight” or “flight”, when the body experiences stress, the signal still travels to this muscle.

So, you can see how this muscle can carry a great deal of residual tension and benefits greatly from being stretched with hip openers.

Stretching may be inconvenient, but it’s super important.

Why is that?

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

Regular stretching keeps muscles long, lean, and flexible, and this means that exertion won't put too much force on the muscle itself. Healthy muscles also help a person with balance problems to avoid falls.

Sunday is the perfect day for going within and tapping into your inner sunshine and radiance. The energy of the day really supports self-reflection, spiritual growth and giving yourself the time you need to restore and replenish your soul.

Sunday carries with it a beautiful vibe for unwinding and getting centered and refocused for the week ahead. Sunday is also the perfect time to focus on matters surrounding your health and well-being.

Social gatherings are also likely to be harmonious and easy-flowing on Sunday and emotions will often feel softer and gentler.

In order to use the energy of Sunday effectively, make it a day for rest and relaxation. Try not to schedule anything too demanding or high energy on Sunday and instead, take the time to connect to your inner radiance.

Every day carries it’s own unique vibration and when you can tune in to its energy, you will start to notice how it will shape and guide your week.

But here is a the good news. My workouts are crazy effective because they are extremely hard 🥊

I actually lost belly fat and seeing my abs more defined since the lockdown. Just because I’m doing the exercise with you guys. 😅

Did you know that our planet 🌎 is actually extremely happy right now? From crystal clear waters 🌊 in the canals of Venice to dramatic falls in pollution levels in major cities, the coronavirus pandemic has had a number of positive effects on the environment as millions across the world are placed under lockdown.

About a year ago I started , a sustainable ♻️ eco conscious clothing line to change the harmful effects of the fashion industry and create something beautiful and sustainable.

As a small business owner I’m pretty uncertain of the future of my business right now but I believe in it and I will work as hard as I can to make this dream a reality.

But I NEED YOU AND YOUR SUPPORT. 🙏

I will put together a great hour long yoga flow for you every day. The only thing you have to do is show up and take the class;)
