Fellow teachers...did you know that you can help prevent child sexual abuse?

Children are returning back to school and teachers have the potential to be an important safety net for kids who are at high risk for sexual abuse at home.

Our Children First program offers Stewards of Children®, Darkness to Light's flagship program, that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. We are so grateful to our volunteers for their involvement in reunifying children with their families. In 2022, 37% of National CASA case closures ended in the result of reunification.
