The Sauna 🧖🏻♀️
Nova Galaxy Village does not offer bathroom shower service. However, next to each Igloo, we have placed a private sauna cabin. The sauna cabin is equipped with shampoo and sauna soap. After your sauna session, you can mix the hot water from the sauna stove with cold water to rinse off. Traditionally in Finland, many people have a separate sauna cabin in their holiday homes. During your sauna session, you can step out of the sauna cabin and even jump into the snow, just like the Finns do. It's a unique and fun experience worth trying during your trip!

One of the most magical things about the Arctic areas are the Northern lights, Aurora Borealis or “revontulet” as we say in Finnish. You need be lucky to see them which makes it even more special when you do ✨

Located 15km north from Rovaniemi's city centre, by the side of the Ounas River, our brand new Nova Galaxy Village is a resort of unique Scandinavian style Aurora huts.
Safari activities for Nova's guests only, such as husky and snowmobile experience, are also available directly al the Village and operated everyday.
The village is composed of 10 Aurora huts, a reception building, a restaurant for guests and other facilities for the safari activities.
