Hi everyone! We need your help. We found this item, and we do not know what it is. It is not very sturdy, so we are not sure if it is meant to organize something or hang something from it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Found Treasures is looking for someone who would like to make some extra cash by manning a booth at Junk Junktion (an indoor shopping event) at the St. Cloud Convention Center on Friday. If you or someone you know is interested, please message us. We ideally need coverage from approximately 9:30am-4:15pm.
