Hey ENC! Meet our fourth & last Campus Intern, Mario! ⭐️
Mario graduated from UO this past Spring with a B.S in Economics.
When asked why he got connected to ENC, he said “My desire to be close to God is ultimately what led me to join ENC. It was so easy to feel the spiritual connection and find fellowship with people who would soon become my family. The supportive community, shared values, and opportunities for service aligned with my longing for a deeper relationship with God and a sense of duty.”
Mario’s favorite ENC Event was Lake Day where we played sand volleyball and went paddle boarding. These are two things he loves in addition to playing sports and being outdoors in general. It also allowed him to foster community with people from Grace City and from ENC. Mario said, “I remember having tons of fun, being relaxed, and having a ton of meaningful connections.”
Mario’s hobbies include playing sports - his favorites are basketball and volleyball. He also loves doing anything outdoors, but his favorite since being in Oregon is paddle boarding! 🌊
Have you played volleyball with Mario yet?
Hey ENC! Meet one of YOUR Campus Interns, Lauren! ⭐️
Lauren is a sophomore studying English at UO. 📖📚
When asked about why she got connected to ENC she said, “I didn’t choose ENC, ENC chose me 😂 but seriously, the community, the fun, the deep relationships built, and my establishment in Jesus are pretty clear reasons why I stayed.”
Lauren’ favorite ENC event is the Student Conference. When asked why she said, “the relationships that were formed, the transformation in my heart, the way I encountered Jesus was life changing and continues to impact me today.”
You might catch Lauren reading a good book, drinking a hot chocolate, playing with her dog or playing late night video games her friends.
Have you seen Lauren on campus?!
Hey ENC! Meet one of YOUR Campus Interns, Martha! ⭐️
Martha is a sophomore at UO majoring in neuroscience.
Why is she at ENC you may ask? She said it’s “because it changed my life!!” She loves how welcoming our community (now family) has been in her life. Her favorite ENC event is our Grace City Eugene Easter service because that’s when she realized how much God loves her.
Martha’s favorite hobby is baking & cooking, so if you ever want cookies or wanna bake she says she is “ALWAYS down!!”
Have you hung out with Martha yet? Drop in the comments your favorite memory with her !!! 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
When you realize ENC Social is TONIGHT….
You coming?? 🤩🥳
Hey ENC! Meet one of YOUR Campus Interns, Zoe! ⭐️
Zoe is a 2nd year student studying business at Bushnell University.
When asked about ENC, Zoe said “I don’t think it’s possible anywhere else to have this many people with this many differences be able to be in close community, and that’s only possible because of Jesus. ENC also made me a friend and sister to some incredible people that I wouldn’t have met otherwise, and they are all a huge blessing”
Zoe’s favorite ENC event is the ENC Student Conference. She said “You just can’t beat it ☺️.”
Zoe also plays the piano and loves to go on spontaneous road trips with her friends!
Have YOU met Zoe yet?! 🥳

Meet one of our interns, Lwam!
Lwam was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. Her favorite class so far has been Cultural Anthropology (Bushnell). She said that the best spot to eat on campus is Dough Co - "hands down," she added.
When asked about her favorite aspect of ENC, she said, "The diversity! We are all from different backgrounds and ways of growing up, it gives you the chance to always have someone to connect with. For me, ENC has become my family more than anything."
Every Nation Campus at UO exists to help students know God, grow in relationship with Him, and serve their campus by bringing God's love to fellow students.
Flashback Friday: We loved spending every Tuesday morning connecting with new students and inviting them to join in our community rhythms. We can't wait to be back on campus soon!
Meet one of our interns, Lauren! She graduated from high school in 2022 and is a part of the UO Class of 2026. She was born in Salem, but grew up in Beaverton. Her favorite class so far has been an English course called Freedom Narratives. Lauren loves eating at Unthank - especially at Duck's House.
When asked about her favorite part of being in ENC, she said, "My favorite part about being a part of ENC is seeing God moving in MASSIVE ways, so much so that lives are entirely changed. It is the power of the Holy Spirit! Being a part of a ministry that so clearly walks with the Spirit is empowering and not only encourages me in my walk with God, building my faith, but keeps me expectant of the next miracle God will do - the next person saved and freed, and all the rejoicing of heaven in response."
We love you, Lauren!
