I thought it was Thursday :) time to get the kids off to school and get some work done !

✨Tip Tuesday✨
3 things I do to protect my energy!

1. I had to learn to say no as a people pleaser the word no came pretty hard. It wasn’t in my vocabulary, I shortly learned that everything I was hesitant on doing for others but said yes to would drain me completely.

2. I love to drink coffee and listen to nature every morning and just be thankful for breathing . I listen to the life around me and ground myself.

3. As a parent I often pour from a empty cup I would go weeks without time to myself and it took it’s toll on me . You are a person , you deserve love and to have your cup filled so take time for yourself .

BONUS TIP - I learned to declutter my life of things and people that don’t bring me joy. Sometimes you have to and that’s ok!
