I was going to post on the 1st but if your house is like our house the Christmas goodies have never all gone by then.

I wanted to share two amazing products with you that I currently have on offer ...

The first is the Forever Lite Ultra shakes (vanilla or chocolate). I use these for breakfast as otherwise I wouldn’t have any then come 10am I’d be snacking on biscuits or cake. I have also used them when I’ve been over indulging to replace breakfast and lunch alongside a lower calorie dinner to lose a few pounds.

The second product is the C9 which is perfect for this time of year to break the bad habits you may have got into over the Christmas period.
