March is Womenās Month, and weāve teamed up with our friends at Beyond the Hijab , Penawar, Crit Talk and WALI, to spotlight the troubling curriculum young Muslims are taught in pre-marriage courses (PMCs). Through anecdotes from Malay/Muslim women, they found that PMCs promoted overt and subtle forms of violence, putting women in vulnerable positions.
