The way we execute our mission statement is by following the core values extracted from a book called, The Collaborative Way.
Not Speaking Straight damages relationships. You demean another person when you don’t respect them enough to be straight with them, and all the negative things you’ve ever felt or heard about the person get magnified in order to justify not Speaking Straight to them.
