Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and apply it generously to all exposed areas of your skin, including your face, neck, arms, and legs. Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if you're sweating or swimming.

Hydrate Your Skin: Hot weather and increased sun exposure can dehydrate your skin. Make sure to drink plenty of water to keep your body and skin hydrated from within.
