🤜 Set S.M.A.R.T. goals 🤛

The first step to creating a winning strategy is to establish your objectives and goals. Without goals, you have no way to measure success and return on investment (ROI).

Each of your goals should be:

✅ Specific
✅ Measurable
✅ Attainable
✅ Relevant
✅ Time-bound

This is the S.M.A.R.T. goal framework. It will guide your actions and ensure they lead to real business results.

Here’s an example of a S.M.A.R.T. goal:

“We will use Facebook for advertising and lower our average response rate to under two hours by the end of the month.”

Track meaningful metrics:
Vanity metrics like number of followers and likes are easy to track, but it’s hard to prove their real value. Instead, focus on things like engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.

You may want to track different goals for different social media networks, or even different uses for each network.

For example, if you use LinkedIn to drive traffic to your website, you would measure click-throughs. If Instagram is for brand awareness, you might track the number of Instagram Story views. And if you advertise on Facebook, cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-lead (CPL) are common success metrics.

Social media goals should align with your overall marketing objectives.

💰 PASSIVE INCOME FUNDAMENTALS 💰

✅ Passive income is a way to make money without putting in a ton of effort. You might need to do some startup or maintenance work, but a passive income stream shouldn’t be like a second job where you have to work X number of hours or abide by a regular schedule from week to week.

✅ There are many different ways to earn a passive income—some require money upfront (like real estate investment) while others demand more time and experience (like blogging or creating an app).

✅ Although it doesn’t have to be as much work as a part-time job, having a passive income stream doesn’t mean that you get to make money while putting forth no effort at all.

✅ When searching for a source of passive income, you should look for something that other people have used to make money, you should carefully consider the risks, and you should avoid opportunities that make overzealous claims or promises.

My name is Tammy, originally from the New York but now living in Florida. I am married to my husband Wilson and we are blessed with three wonderful children. My husband works as area manager in the restaurant industry and I work in full time ministry along with being a flight attendant.

I was at a season in my life that I knew something had to change and one day I saw a post about an online business. I was so interested and wanted to check it out but also was alittle hesitant. My curiosity and intention to be there for my kids pushed me to take a step and learn what it was all about. And that was the best decision I've ever made for me and my family.
