Everything I create is by a hand guided machine. It’s unique to you, unlike any digital or computer generated embroidery I specialise in bespoke pieces and no two pieces are the same.

This gorgeous giraffe received a lot of love the other day. I have to say I am very pleased with him myself 🧡

A bespoke embroidered baby gift! This is a gorgeous little drawstring bag with an embroidered giraffe and personalised with the child’s name.

This particular piece was a beautiful pair of silk pyjamas with the wedding date embroidered into the pocket on the front and a list of all her hen’s initials on the back. A lovely and thoughtful gift to the bride from her sister. 💗

A beautiful bespoke veil I embroidered.

This lovely bride had sourced a stunning vintage Vera Wang veil. She asked me to personalise it with her and husband to be’s name and date of their very special day.

I added additional florals inspired by the already existing lace to create a beautifully combined design.

It is great to be asked back again as a mentor for the Hand and Lock embroidery Prize.

The Prize is an annual international embroidery competition which celebrates excellence in craftsmanship.

Over the years I have mentored some incredibly talented embroidery artists and designers for the prize. I look forward to seeing which finalist I am paired with this year.

It was amazing to be a part of the making of this incredible Suzannah London Coronation gown for HRH Duchess of Edinburgh.

We embroidered this beautiful floral design at the studio.

I love spring time when all the flowers start to come out.

Embroidering flowers on my Irish embroidery machine is such a joy.

The machine gives me the freedom to translate the floral shapes with the width of the stitch on the knee bar and my hands guiding the fabric.

I have really enjoyed becoming a visiting tutor at the Arts University Bournemouth.
This is a photo of me presenting my portfolio to some of the final year Textile Design students.

I recently performed a lecture to all three years on the degree course. I talked about my work and experiences as an embroidery designer and maker.
Explaining my journey from University into the Textile industry.
It was a great experience for me and the students were incredibly grateful and inspired afterwards.

This is what I use to create beautiful bespoke embroideries. Having no feed or presser foot means the fabric is free to move underneath the needle allowing me to draw with the needle and thread.
