The ultimate E46 cooling system upgrade.
Utilizing a CSF radiator and aluminum Moroso expansion tank converted to AN fittings. Our thermostat delete plate, BMRS lines and fittings, and all necessary fittings and block off plates and plugs to block off the heater lines and thermostat. We also added a line from the back of the cylinder head to the expansion tank to help keep cooling consistent and help bleed any air out of the system.

Had to make a new exhaust after he decided to go off-roading at the touge event a couple weeks ago. Salvaged some of the existing exhaust, but it’s mostly new. Pretty confident that the middle hanger that spans across the trans tunnel prevented any further damage to the exhaust and turbo. And nice to see no weld failures anywhere on the exhaust. All materials here were sourced from 👌

This really cool Datsun 620 with f20 swap came in for a custom exhaust. Very tight spaces to work with. But pretty happy with how it came out. Was very challenging trying to keep it removable.
