My thoughts about new brushes:

#31 foundation brush: It was so hyped on YouTube, that I had very high expectations about this one. Sadly I can't say I like it because it is kinda scratchy and I dont feel good when I use it to blend my foundation 🙄

#32 eye brush: I love this brush. It is quite unique in my collection and I think it works well with some of my single eyeshadows that are in a pot, like westman atelier eyeshadows for example. It is also quite handy to give more depth to the outer V area.

If I had to buy just one of those brushes, I would definitely go for the eye brush 🤗

The only question I have in the morning when choosing my blush is which Shade and Illuminate blush to choose 🙈😁
I have to restart using other blushes ....
Fair girls, don't be intimidated by this color, you just have to be light handed with the deeper tone and the result is very flattering 🤗 I believe it will be very flattering on deeper skin tones as well 😻

I finally received my blush palette.
I was nervous about this palette since the blushes are quite vivid and I didn't know if I would look like a clown in them since I am quite fair.
I have to be suuuuper light handed with these blushes and use a very fluffy/airy brush, otherwise they are too much for me. Other than that I think they are very nice and have a decent longevity 😊

I decided to start sharing my monthly favorites with you. I will be listing down the products I've been reaching for the most in a given month 🤗

💟 Jimmy Choo Seduction Collection Satin Lipstick ( #4) - Hands down my most favorite red lipstick right now. I wore it this Saturday and it survived a couple of hours of mask wear while I was shopping + dinner + another 1 hour of mask wear + coffee after I got back home, and it was almost intact. I was shocked. It doesn't dry my lips. Probably this is one of the most because I don't hear people talk about it and based on my experience it's totally worth trying

💟 Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Blush Duo ( # 02) - Since I discovered this blush, I want to use it all the time. I think it might be the best blush that I own.

💟 Colourpop The Child palette - I didn't expect to love this palette as much as I do. I created some of the best eye looks with it this month. The fact that it's very affordable makes it even better

💟 Nars Climax Eyeshadows - The best eyeshadow palette Nars has ever come out with in my opinion. It's very versatile and it would suit the needs of tons of people. I specifically love the green/blue shades, they are very unique.

💟 Fenty Beauty Contour Skinstick (amber) - This product is not a recent discovery, but I kept grabbing it a lot this month. I often use it underneath the foundation and it makes the contour look very natural

💟 La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation (100) - The main reason why I kept using it is the fact that I want to use up some of my opened foundations before I start using the new ones and La Mer is one of those. Nevertheless I enjoy this one quite a lot.

💟 KVD brush #20 - Even though I absolutely love my Japanese brushes, I wanted to use some of my old brushes and that's how I started using this one. I have to say I love using it with my powder blushes, that are easy to pick up

💟 Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb - I am not a lover.I got this as a gift with a purchase from , I wouldn't have bought it myself, but I'm glad I hav it. Compared to how seldom I use lip gloss, this one is used pretty frequently

Few facts about me and why I got this cutie:

- Green eyeshadows are my weakness 💚
- To this day I love watching cartoons and I like Disney
- I pay attention to makeup packaging and I can admit that I purchased various makeup items just because of their packaging.
- Colourpop is one of the very few affordable makeup brands that offers eyeshadows that I enjoy.

I am born in the year of 🐅, so I was on the hunt for a tiger brush.
I saw that decided to restock previous year's brushes as well and I kept wondering if I should get all four or not, but since the brushes themselves are the same, I decided against it.
I really liked the rat design though, so I couldn't resist it 🙈

As for the quality, I think these brushes are great ! They are super soft and do not irritate my akin at all. My skin is very sensitive and I am quite picky with my face brushes.
The only con for me is the fact that I generally prefer smaller brushes coz they allow more control and precision, but that's just a matter of taste 😊
Overall I am very happy with the purchase ❤️

This is one of eyeshadow palettes from my collection and I was instantly attracted to it because it offers what I am into: cool toned and green eyeshadows. and well ... I love Grogu 🙈😻

Today I will be reviewing Tom Ford's new lipstick from the Extreme Badass collection
I've heard mostly negative reviews for it, but still decided to purchase at least one shade and give it a try.

Initial observations:
A. I love the packaging, it is one of the best from Tom Ford
B. Lipstick has veeery tiny gold sparkles (You can see it in one of my photos)
C. Color is pretty flattering

When I first applied it, I almost couldn't feel it on the lips, it seemed very comfortable so I was even surprised that it had so many negative reviews.
After 1-2 hours though I started feeling dryness on my lips and it became quite uncomfortable. Before continuing I should say that I generally am not a fan of lip stains or super matte lipsticks that dry down completely and are supposed to be long lasting, because they usually make my lips chapped. After 3 hours I already started having some flakiness on my lips.
Another thing to note is that after having a meal and a cup of coffee, the lipstick was almost completely faded on the center of my lips and it looked more as if I just applied a lip liner on the edges of my lips. I would think that a lipstick that is so drying would at least be able to survive one meal (if not more)
I think that if I decide to still use this lipstick, I will probably combine it with some lip balm.
I won't be repurchasing other shades.

📷 Tom Ford Extreme Badass Collection lipstick (shade: 01 scarlet shock)

I wanted to quickly share this information with you, because it is a new release and there is a chance that not all of you, who were interested in this product, had the chance to order it already.
I was very excited for this blush when I saw the pictures, because I loved the embossing and this shade seemed to be suitable for my skin tone, while the other shade(Corail Etoile) looked too pigmented for me (I have a very fair skin)
I was surprised to find out that this product does not work as a blush for me, it is too pale to be a blush. I don't know who would be able to use this as a blush 🤔
In my opinion this product is more like a highlighter.

I am a bit disappointed, because
A. I don't use a highlighter on a daily basis
B. This product is quite pricey, so it's more disappointing to find out that I paid for false expectations
C. I don't think it's a great highlighter either. I have other expensive highlighters that perform better, so this one didn't bring any value to me

Have you tried it already? What are your thoughts?

Here's another red lipstick from my collection.
I haven't used it too much yet, so I will share more of a "first impressions" kind review.
I love how the packaging looks.
In my opinion the texture of this lipstick is more matte than satin.
I think that the price for this is more affordable than some of the other luxury fashion brands' like Loubouton, Hermes, etc.
This lipstick is super long lasting. I even had a difficulty removing it with my makeup remover.
I like the shade of this red

I had a reduced interest in Dior, but starting from 2021 they had several amazing releases and I , unlike my wallet, am very happy 🙈😁😁

If I had to choose one, the best product from Tom Ford released in 2021, this blush would be it !
I am head over heels for it. Initially I wanted to pick up two shades, but they were not available in so I decided to buy what was in stock anyway and just test it, because I kept hearing everyone rave about these blushes and if I am being honest, I was kinda skeptical.
I was so wrong: this blush is amazing, I feel like it even becomes better looking during the day (if that's even possible), it lasts the entire day and the color is so flattering.
I was so in love with it, that I went ahead and ordered 2 more shades from Germany.
I do not understand why doesn't carry all shades when this is one of the best products that Tom Ford can offer.

These are some of the best lipsticks of all time !

Why ?
1. They apply very easily. The teardrop shape of the lipstick makes it very easy to apply darker colors precisely. I wonder why aren't all the lipsticks in this shape when it is so smart and comfortable ?
2. They feel like nothing on my lips.
3. They do not dry my lips.
4. They last a long time. I can eat a meal and the lipstick is still on my lips

📌 2021 Beauty Favorites Day 31: Overnight Mask

Today is the last day of series and the last item on my list is an overnight mask 😴

💥 Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask
This is my favorite night time mask of 2021. It makes my skin plumper and hydrates it well. I use it once or twice a week when I feel like I want something extra.

📌 2021 Beauty Favorites Day 30: Eyeliner

I am into liquid eye liners. I always wear one on my upper lash line when I am doing eye makeup, but in 2021 I haven't discovered any new eyeliners that would stand out for me.
For that reason I will be talking about the only pencil/liner that I can tolerate on my lower lash line ☺

💥 Chantecaille Brightening eye kajal (Shade: N**e)

I usually don't do makeup on my lower lash line (except for the mascara), especially with a liner. I might deepen it a little using some eye shadows, but even that I do very rarely.
I heard about this product as having the ability to brighten your under eye area and make you look less tired, so I decided to give it a go and I have to say I was gladly surprised.
I do not use it daily, but when I feel like I didn't sleep well and I eyes look darker and tired, I like to use this pencil and bring some life back into my eyes 😇

📌 2021 Beauty Favorites Day 29: Lip Gloss

I have to admit I am not much of a lip gloss girl. In fact, when the gloss is very shiny I feel like I look as if I am drooling, so mostly I don't use lip gloss.
Having said that, this year I've found 2 lip glosses that were game changers for me.
Disclaimer: I can not stand any stickiness in lip products, so these have passed the stickiness test 😁

💥 Tom Ford Soleil Sunlust Lip Gloss
This gloss is just WOW. I have never run out of lip gloss, but when I realized this lip gloss is a limited edition, I bought a backup just to be on the safe side.
I love that it changes color once it is applied on the lips. For me it turns into a soft peachy gloss, I love love love it ! 💕

💥 Tower 28 ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly Gloss (Shade Cashew)
This is my second most loved lip gloss, mostly because of its shade. It is described as milky rosy brown and I think it's a perfect description of the shade. I love it because it's kinda harder to find rosy brown lip products.

📌 2021 Beauty Favorites Day 28: Eyeshadow

It was super hard to choose the best eyeshadow palettes, because I have quite a large eyeshadow collection and I would list at least 10 that I really liked. So I decided to choose only the ones that actually launched in 2021.

💥 Pat McGrath Labs Venus In Fleurs

The best quad from Pat in my opinion. 2 shades in the first column create a perfect everyday look. Special shades have a fallout, especially the upper row one.

💥 Huda beauty Rose Quartz

I love this palette. Sometimes I swatch it all over my arms, coz I want to see them on me again and well..., I only have two eyes, so there is a limit to how many shadows I could fit there 😀😀

💥 Dior Night Bird

When I want to have some color on my eyes, I like to use green tones, so night bird quint instantly caught my eye. The embossing on it is so nicely done, I had a hard time putting my brush in it 🤭

💥 Natasha Denona Retro Palette

I was angry that this palette was called the bigger version of my favorite mini retro palette, so I didn't buy it for a long time. Then Sephora Romania had a special offer and I got it with ~35% discount. I have to say I like it a lot, some of the shades are to die for !
Setting aside the fact that this has nothing in common with the mini retro, it's a very good palette.

💥 Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Pearl

I love the outer packaging and I like the soft glam look that this palette delivers ! It doesn't have much depth, but it really looks celestial

📌 2021 Beauty Favorites Day 27: Cream Blush

This year I got to try a lot of cream blushes and fell in love with some of them.

💥 Westman Atelier Blush Stick (Minette)

This is a very soft, peachy toned blush, with some luminosity compared to other blushes from this collection.

💥 Westman Atelier Blush Stick (Poppet)

I love the poppy colored cream blushes: I feel like once you blend them out, these look better than the softer shades, because the softer shades somehow fade away.

💥 ABH Stick Cream Blush (Latte)

The best neutral colored blush. Suits all makeup looks!

💥 Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek Stick (Werk)

This is my travel companion blush stick. I have it in the mini size and it stays in my makeup bag. Very suitable color for my skin tone

💥 Cle De Peau Cream Blush ( Joyful In Pink)

This is a cool toned pink blush. It is on the softer side. It also blends very easily, you don't need much work and then it stays quite a long time on the cheeks. The packaging is very cute too, I have it displayed on my vanity

💥 Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out (Drama Class)

I was curious to see how lilac blush would look on me, so I tried this one and it surprised me! I really love this blush, it gives my cheeks a look as if I just came back from a freezing cold. It's hard to explain but I think if your skin has cool undertones you should give lilac shade a try :)

💥 Hourglass Vanish Blush Stick (Revel)

I ordered another shade and this came to me instead. I was lazy to return it, so I decided to keep it. Once I tried it, I fell in love with this blush.
It is scarlet red when you look at it, but it blends out to a very beautiful color. It gives me sensations as if I am sitting in front of a fire and it is warming up my face

💥 Em Cosmetics Serum Blush (Little Lilac)

I would describe it similarly to the Fenty blush with the difference that this is more liquidy and thin in texture. Once you apply it, it feels like nothing on the skin. It is also a bit softer than the Fenty one, so it complements me slightly better

💥 Em Cosmetics Serum Blush (Pink Nectar)

I love peachy-pink blushes. I think they suit me a lot, especially paired with similar toned lips

Today I will be sharing my favorite lip liners from 2021.
I chose three lip liners. They all have zero tagging, don't budge, set down and are not drying.
Depending on the lipstick that I am going for, I usually pair it with one of these lip liners:

💥 Sisley Phyto-Levres Perfect Lip Liner

Shade : N**e
This is my most favorite lip liner formula. Currently I do not own many shades from this liner because it's pretty pricey, but it performs amazing

💥 Pat McGrath Labs Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil

Shade: Star Struck
I own multiple shades of this lip liner, but my most used one is the Star Struck shade, because it is my favorite pinky lip liner.
The formula is a bit more dry than the other two brands mentioned here, but it is very long lasting and has a big shade range

💥 Natasha Denona I need A N**e Lip Crayon

Shade: NB1 Michelle
This liner is super soft, basically draws by itself and this specific shade compliments me a lot. Price is also much more affordable compared to the Sisley one.
