This is truly a passion project and if just one person finds solace in this space, we’ve done our job. My goal is to create a space and community where we can all strive to be our best, whole ,selves with our mental health laying the foundational support.

One start is accessing professional accountability. This can be done through a health/well-being coach. Through motivational interviewing techniques and individual specific goal setting - dreams can become reality.
I’m so excited to be offering this service with a soft launch on 1/23. I will be taking a limited number of clients before my official wellness coaching “PSYCH me up! Holistic Wellness” launch.

Many of us are and it has become even more challenging to separate our work and personal lives. is practically nonexistent. Here are 3 tips to help create the space you need to succeed at work and away:
1. Set realistic expectations. You are superwoman/man but even T'Challa set his expectations realistically. Try to not overcommit and continue to prioritize your day, each day. This goes for you and anyone on your team, whether your directors, colleagues or direct reports. With everyone on the same page our level of decreases.
2. I cannot reiterate this enough. Always go back to your "mission" or "order of life". My "Order of Life" is simple - God, Self, Family|Friends, Work Work ... if the order isn't aligned or it starts to shift, so do I. Nothing should be out of order. Set your "order of life" and see how this helps maintain that work/life balance you may be missing.
3. Whew! Work LOOKS different. That's clear. It's absolutely imperative that you take breaks. Breaks look different. Stand up and stretch. Close your laptop screen. Grab a piece of fruit. Drink some water. Go for a walk. Call your mom back. Check your personal priorities. Take a . Watch . Whatever a break looks like to you - DO IT! Your mind, body and heart will thank you.
We're all in this together. Let's take care of ourselves so that we can show up each day closer to 100%.

Studies show that not only do routines decrease anxiety but they also improve performance. Anxiety and ADHD - make a checklist - create a routine for different aspects of your life. My morning routine is crucial to a successful day for me.
Any must have routines for you? 👀
& not just becuase it's almost Christmas. But because you woke up today with breath in your body.
Things look and feel different this year. But the one thing that we have is laughter. Whatever tickles you - find more of that and laugh out loud.

The holidays can be a tough time for people. Whether you're observing alone, missing your favorite meal or going through this season for the 1st, 5th or 20th time without someone you love. It's okay to take a second and check in.

Hey hey! (Still working on that) 😆
Welcome and glad you're still here. This podcast series is set to launch on my 33rd birthday! - January 23. and for those that don't know me I figured I'd share a few things:
1. Where are you from? - I'm from Virginia, #757 to be exact! But I was born in Florida and lived a few places, including Germany.
2. Why this? - Can't tell it all. (This will be shared in my first mini episode) - but it's a culmination of all aspects of my life to fulfill my true purpose rooted in my passion in helping others.
3. What is your biggest accomplishment? - Finishing. Simply finishing what I start. Big, small, and everything in between. If I had to narrow down to one thing, I'd switch it up and say simply STARTING. 😂 Quite honestly, anxiety can really stop you dead in your tracks. For fear of how others will perceivee - perfectionist tendencies, etc. So starting this was huge for me.
4. What is your biggest fear? - Not meeting expectations. Definitely will dive into this throughout this series - but yup, that's it.
5. What inspires you?- People walking in their purpose and consistently improving themselves (mentally, physically, spiritually) along the way.

Growth mindset is the belief that one's intelligence can be grown or developed with persistence, effort, and a focus on learning. Individuals with a growth mindset believe they are capable of learning nearly anything if they work hard and accept failures and challenges as opportunities to grow.
We can apply this to how we navigate life as well. vs. . Which are you?

A can be accomplished with practice. We all can adopt growth mindset behaviors in progress towards our best selves.

Find your purpose and keep pressing.
Waking up is an accomplishment. You've already started your day with a win.
