He’s so cute I can’t handle it! He’s doing so so well! He hasn’t acted in pain at all, given he is on pain medication. We will know the full effects after his tail is fully healed, he’s on day 3! He will have his check up and stitches removed after two weeks. He has finally adjusted to his cone and feeling himself ❤️

✨Kili Update!✨
The surgery went well! He’s a little nasally from the tubes they used during surgery, and his pains meds make him feel like he can fly, but we have adjusted those to some more sedative meds so he doesn’t rip any stitches. ❤️

He loves him a good head scratch! I love me a big tom cat. They are such lovers! Albus ❤️

Rainy days are the rough days. He was actually moving enough to sit by the window today though! He’s now in a ball sleeping. 😚

Albus had a crooked tail! This is from where it has been broken at some point and healed that way. He’s perfectly fine, just adds character! ❤️

His surgery is April 14th. He’s very excited !
While we are waiting for this we’ve been working to build his confidence. He’s terrified of everything and always has been, but we’re doing our best to change this. ❤️

I’ve learned that this look means it’s not a good day. I’ve also noticed he always had a bad day when it rains, which makes sense the the pain being in his joints and bones. Poor baby can’t enjoy rainy days, but hopefully that gets better after surgery! April 14th couldn’t come any sooner.

Today was a better day for him, he has good and bad right now. His surgery is scheduled for April 14th, and then we will go from there! ❤️

This is Kili, he sustained serve injuries to his upper back, lower back, pelvis and tail. He has a long journey ahead of him & that starts with the surgery to remove his tail which is damaged. I’m trying to raise the money for this first step as well as part of the next step, which is seeing a neurologist.
