Nestled in the surrounding green mountains of Cebu, this tropical resort-inspired house intends to bring a serene and luxurious ambiance of a vacation getaway into everyday living, with expansive glass windows and sliding doors for plenty of natural light to flood the interiors while providing stunning views of the city.

The design tries to seamlessly blend natural elements and modern amenities to create a retreat of relaxation and comfort.

So fortunate to have a photo op with these two amazing and passionate Architects, Ar. Yahya Jan and Ar. Royal Pineda.

Ar. Yahya Jan is the architect of the soon to be tallest hotel building in the world. He was asked about his view on Artificial Intelligence, and he said that Real Intelligence is still better than Artificial Intelligence. Let's use A.I. as a tool. We control A.I. and not the other way around.

Ar. Royal Pineda is the architect of the New Clark International Airport. He has a dream called "Luzviminda Vision," creating a spine that connects people all over the country through bridges.

Last February 10, 2024, we welcomed the BS Architecture students of Cebu Institute of Technology - University for their educational firm tour. It was an interactive afternoon as we shared with them our design philosophy and principles, and the team’s culture and core values. We appreciate and support the university’s objective to equip their students with knowledge on the actual practices implemented by architectural firms.

A special evening to spend special celebrations with the A-team, 4 celebrations to be exact. 💚

Aedifice Team Thanksgiving and Christmas Celebration with our beloved families and friends.

It was a different Christmas Party for the team this year.

We asked the team if they would be willing to do an outreach and a Christmas dinner instead of having a party with program, lechon, prizes and etc. Without thinking twice, they immediately said YES!

We were there to share our blessings, but we were even more blessed when we left the Lolos and Lolas who showed us the Spirit of Christmas.

We ended our day filling our tummies with good food, intimate conversations, exchanged gifts, and simple awarding, appreciation and thanksgiving to each member of the team.

We're on the last stretch of October so here's a Thursday throwback to the previous weeks as we slowly settle into our second office---
Celebrations with the team for the success of the new architects, Ar. John and Ar. Loyd, graced with the presence of Ar. Rey and Ar. Kate, birthdays of Ar. Darell and Ms. Marie, and thanksgiving to Ms. Echelle as she welcomes a new chapter in her career.
