More people need to Understand that being a healthy Christian woman is so important.
Women of faith sometimes struggle with their health as well.. On one hand focusing on the eternal importance of one’s spiritual life has led some to ignore the importance of developing a healthy lifestyle, healthy thinking, and healthy relationships.

Likewise, some have made their physical health a primary goal without addressing the other dimensions of health that both affect and are affected by our physical wellbeing.

As a Christian woman you especially have reason to take your health seriously. God made you – spirit, soul, and body. He redeemed you – spirit, soul, and body. His Holy Spirit makes your body His temple. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) And His plan for you is that “your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:23) God cares about your health, and you honor Him by caring about it as well.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

We can see that Science agrees with the Bible that Man is made up of three parts, though the Bible calls the three parts – SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY – That’s complete Healthy Living.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Although WHO is not much concerned about our spiritual health, God is MAJORLY concerned about that because that is His major channel of communicating with us and therefore, the spiritual controls the issues of the soul/mind and thereby controls the physical as well.

Meet Titilayo Oyakhilomen Okosun. A Graduate of Lagos State University for her first degree in Philosophy, and her Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan.
Titilayo is an astute Administrator of noble repute and sterling pedigree of almost twenty years of hands-on experience in the Public Sector.
She has served in various MDAs with successful contribution to the Civil Service of Ogun State. Her career started at the Ministry of Health as the Personal Assistant to the former Commissioner for Health in Ogun State; Dr. Iyabo Obasanjo, and later moved to the Ogun State Civil Service Commission where she formally began her sojourn in administration. She has worked at the Bureau of Political Affairs and Administration, Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development,were she was an acting director of Administration for several years; She had a stint at the Bureau of Establishment and Training and several other agencies within the Civil Service of Ogun State, before she became the Head of Protocol to the Wife of the immediate past Governor of Ogun State for several years.
A lover and teacher, who seeks and thirst for the Kingdom of God diligently. She loves to Learn, unlearn and relearn at the Father’s feet per time. She has thought at both the children and teenager’s classes of the Living Faith Church, for over 15years and has attended several trainings by Bible Society of Nigeria for Children Teachers.
