and both makes me really happy at the moment 🙂

On sunday it’s time to race on home soil 🤩💥
is waiting - it will be 🔥 and challenging ⛰ like every year and a lot of fun racing with training mates and friends in the special atmosphere 🙌🏼🥳

Tough day on the bike today (yes, even the fast new bike couldn‘t help 😜) - but at least I can rely on a solid run performance even on a day with not so powerful legs.
I hoped for more today - but I think that is the right motivation for the next time 👊🏼

Ready or not - on sunday my season starts at 70.3 Kraichgau.💥
After just getting over the post exam ‚high’ last week, body and mind needed some time to calm down. At the moment it still feels a bit unreal to be at a startline in a few days. But I'm really looking forward to the great race course 🚵🏼♀️💥
My goal: Enjoy racing without putting too much pressure on myself but with the same excitement as in 2019 when I did my very first middle distance on this course 🤩👊🏼

Exploring the beauty of Mallorca by bike with it’s small roads, ups and downs and almost always a view of the ocean . Not hard to understand why nearly everybody rides a bike here ☺️

2021 - some of my favourite pictures from racing and training.
Sprint distance with 100% team spirit , middle distance as my favourite one at the moment and with some results I‘m really proud of!
Countless hours of training in the early morning or late evening hours pre and after work, long bike rides at the weekends, exploring new places but also enjoying training at home in the perfect surrounding of Heidelberg.
While scrolling through all the pictures I can‘t really decide which one‘s are my favourites and make me realize again what a great year I had 🙏🏼
I‘m very grateful for the ones who support my big dreams but also the challenges of daily life!
