As many of you have seen in the past, there is a special presentation to our seniors and their parents and we are planning this at our last home meet on Jan 18th.

There will be more information forthcoming, but please plan on attending this meet for your child's presentation!

The Vikings kick off the 2022-2023 swim season tomorrow night vs Western Guilford!

Information for Wednesday's meet vs Western:

1) Meet will be held at Smith High School -- 2407 S Holden Road, Greensboro. Parking is at the back of the school

2) Warm-ups will be at 6pm and meet will start at 7pm

3) Arrival time - 5:45pm

The 4A Central Regional Swimming Championships are this Saturday 2/5 at 4:00!

Divers - Arrive at the GAC by 11am; warm-ups are at 11:30. You will be excused from school all day.
Swimmers - Arrive at the GAC by 4pm, warm-ups at 4:30, meet starts at 6pm. You will be dismissed from school at 3:15.

We will host our last home meet of the season against Southeast Guilford AND recognize our nineteen (19) seniors on Wednesday, January 5th! We hope many of our swim families will join us! Meet starts at 7:35 pm at the Bryan YMCA.

It’s a great day to be a Viking! Our swimmers and divers had a fantastic meet yesterday at the Bob Sawyer Invitational. Out of 24 teams in attendance our Vikings finished:

Boys Team - 4th Overall (just barely missed 3rd place by 7 points)
Girls Team - 9th Overall

Total team placement - 6th Place !!

The 10th Annual Bob Sawyer Invitational meet is this Tues 12/21. Arrive at the GAC NO LATER than 11:30! We have 2nd warmups from 11:50 - 12:10 lanes 1-3 in the girl's pool (dive well end). One way starts are from 12:30 - 12:45 (all lanes). Meet starts at 1pm.
