The Herbivore Next Door Videos

A friend posted this recipe for Blackberry Basil Ricotta Pizza. 🍕 It looked delicious so we decided to veganize it — because everything’s better cruelty-free! Ingredients: - 1 store bought pizza dough or your favorite homemade dough - 1 cup @kitehillfoods ricotta cheese - 1/2 cup @daiyafoods mozzarella cheese - 1 cup fresh blackberries - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional) - 1 tablespoon agave - Salt and pepper, to taste - Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 2. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta. 4. Distribute the fresh blackberries and basil over the cheeses. 4. Drizzle the agave evenly over the toppings. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
