Aloo and bhindi compliment each other really well when cooked together. This dry aaloo bhindi ki sabzi is perfect for lunch as it goes well with rice as well as chapati.
Masala pasta recipe ! 🍝
•If kids can learn how to make a simple masala pasta , they will never go hungry . It's pretty easy to cook .
• ingredients :
Some boiled pasta
1 full size onion
Half capsicum
1 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 packet Maggie masala
Half cup water
1 cup milk
And your simple masala pasta is ready !!
Today I have made paneer ki sabji with paratha. For dessert I have made halwa and given it a square shape.
Ingredients used for paneer ki sabji:
1. Paneer.
2. Onions.
3. Tomatoes.
4. Garlic.
5. Ginger.
6. Turmeric powder.
7. Red chilli powder.
8. Garam masala.
9. Sunrise meat masala.
10. Salt.
11. Oil.
12. Water.
Recepie:
1. Place a kadhai on the stove.
2. Put some oil in it and heat for a minute or two.
3. Now put one chopped onion and fry for a minute.
4. Add 1 packet sunrise meat masala, half tsp turmeric powder, half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp garam masala and salt to the kadhai.
5. Now make a puri of 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 4 slice garlic, small Ginger and mix it with the other ingredients in the kadhai. Let it fry for a minute or two.
6. Now place 50 grams chopped paneer in the kadhai and fry it for 5 minutes.
7. Lasty pour some water into the kadhai and cover it. Cook for 10-15 minutes and there you go.
Serve it with plain paratha, stuffed paratha or kulcha. It is a perfect dinner to be served to your guests or a Sunday special dinner for your family.
