All the OnwardFPV circuit boards have been temporarily taken off the website. We are making some improvements to the design, making them easier to use, and most importantly, ADDING MORE LEDS! before the final release. Once they have released we will make them available on the website again.

The V2 is now available for pre-order! We took the communities suggestions and added 20x20 and 30x30 mounting options as well as simplified the frame so you can mount directly to the bottom plate! We are continuing to work on lowering the price, but do to the manufacturing shortage going on in the world right now, prices for parts have gone up, causing our kit to go up in price.

R4LA | Frame Kit V2 The R4LA 7in Frame Kit is a professional level racing drone frame.

The V1 frame will no longer be produced. The V2 will take over any future orders. The V2 frame supports the V1 frame parts, it will be a little more difficult to use the V1 parts on the V2 Frame but they are compatible.

The V2 electronics are looking good but we decided to change a few minor things to make them even better.
-Board material changed from FR4 (Standard) to Aluminum (Stronger and more heat resistant)
-Moved the 5V regulators for better mounting
-Added press nuts for stronger mounting
-Added custom spacers to completely support the electronics on the carbon frame.
-Added a Custom and Pro version to the top arm (TALED) and bottom arm (UALED) circuits. (Custom allows you to use your own LEDs, Pro has built in LEDs)

Firmware Update. The PDB is now running on version 210713-1.

Canopy Update! The canopies have arrived in the USA and tracking now has them expected at June 15th. Depending on when they arrive on that day I will have all the orders out by June 15th or June 16th.

We are working on a new firmware update for the R4LA PDB.

Known issues:
-Using and aux channel to set the brightness overwrites the users set brightness level from the configurator.
-Only way to update the firmware is with a R4LA Programmer and Arduino installation

Current Fixes in development:
-Change the aux channel to having 3 states. OFF, SET, DEMO (more on this later)
-if AUX channel is set to DEMO when R4LA is powered up the LEDs will enter a DEMO sequence.

Future Fixes:
-Wireless update of firmware through the configurator.

Canopy Update: The canopies are in transit. I will have more information once they enter the country. They are shipping via UPS air from over seas. UPS has the shipment estimated to arrive on June 15th. I will update this as the tracking info updates.

Canopy Update: The Canopies are ready to ship. There was a problem when I was originally quoted the amount for the canopies. For all who have already ordered anything with the canopy nothing will change. But the canopies, frame kit, and pro kit have gone up in cost.

Canopy Update: As of 5/30/2021 the Top and Bottom Covers have finished being injected. The injection gates (spot where the plastic is injected) is being cleaned up and then they will be prepped for shipment!

We finally got the new injection molded canopies in. Here is what the "R4LA Pro" looks like!

To improve the ease of adding and removing the battery. A modification to the Back Sled has been created. As shown, if you already have one of these you can complete the modification by taking a xacto blade along the bottom edge of the part. If you do this slowly, the modification will look nice.
