KJR Photography
Hobbyist photographer that specializes in landscape and nature but routinely takes on lower cost Sen It was always upsetting to me. I was hooked.
This is my hobby and I thoroughly enjoy capturing those little moments that make life so meaningful. Having little "stair step" boys, I never had money to have their picture made, and sometimes couldn't afford their school pictures or sports related images. One year, my husband brought me home a little camera and a PS Elements program. I followed my babies around capturing as many candid moments o
Charlie had enough of Christmas a resorted to drinking straight from the vodka bottle.
As many of you have already noticed that I haven't been very active on this page. I am officially taking a break from Photography for the foreseeable future to pursue other endeavors. I still have my cameras and props just in case as there are some who should know that I will be close by if they have a killer idea or just want to go out and play sometime.
Congrats to these two who tied the knot over the weekend! Wishing you many many years of happiness together!
A few of my favorites from the Lawson-Samuels Wedding.
A few more from this lovely family shoot we did a couple of weeks ago.
Congrats again to this Senior 22'.
I hope eveyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving spending time with those you love.
It's been almost a year since I used this page!
With the uncertainty of the past year or so, and then life doing what it does by taking me out of the state for half a year, I haven't done much with photography until recently.
I will only be available throughout the winter this season.
Class of 2022 here.
Miss Frankie.

I hope everyone is faring well during this quarantine.
I, obviously, haven't been taking on anything new during this time and staying close to home, as I hope that everyone else is doing, too. Including my fellow shutterbugs.
Anyway, before this pandemic started I met with my coworker Sherry, and Her family for a few family pictures that I'm just really getting to this week.
This picture cracked me up and I thought I'd share!
Check out her husband getting in the photo, too! :D
This was not a carefully thought out pose, just FYI. The idea I had in mind was much different but they were just so much fun that day.
Congratulations to the lovely Madison. She is an upcoming 2020 Graduate of Verdigris High.
When someone messages you and wants to take advantage of the rare snowfall, you say yes! 😍 Absolutely beautiful! Congrats on your upcoming graduation, LaTasha!
Our pretty niece is among the 2020 graduates, too!
It was such a joy meeting/working with this beautiful young lady over the weekend!
Even with all the wind.
Just a few from this young ladies' Senior session this past week!
Isn't she gorgeous!!
If I'm doing your senior pictures then I need to get some tentative dates penciled in asap. I know I don't update this page often but I really am a busy lady.
I've been taking a break to spend with my family. Maybe sometime, in the future, I may take on new work but for now, I am focusing on my bunch. I hope everyone understands. ;)
My hippy baby whom I adore.
Our Story
This is my hobby and I do thoroughly enjoy capturing those little moments that make life so meaningful.
Having little "stair step" boys, I never had money to have their picture made, and sometimes couldn't afford their school pictures or sports related images. It was always upsetting to me.
One year, my husband brought me home a little camera and a PS Elements program. I was hooked.
I followed my babies around capturing as many candid moments of their childhood as I could.
I didn't stop there, however. Extended family became my victims, too.
Since then, I have upgraded my gear, my knowledge, and I have ventured into taking pictures of complete strangers, with permission. ;)
I still photograph my family even if they call me the paparazzi.
I don't run specials or am I chasing after new "clients", in particular. I do lower cost events, family sessions, children, and special interest. I take on 3 or 4 Weddings a year, if time allows.
I sometimes do things for people I do not personally know and it felt a bit off posting sneak peaks to my personal page. ;)
I am creative, I can paint and make thinks, if needed.
My first love is nature and those of you who follow, or are on my personal page, are well aware of that fact, I imagine.
