Eminence! We will see ya tomorrow ar Light Up Eminence! Our NEW specials for tomorrow will be your choice of chili or bean soup topped off with a side of fried jalapeno cheddar cornbread!! 😋

We'll still have our regular menu that includes pork, brisket and burger meals! We will be open at 2:30pm, along with the other festivities!

**LaGrange Special: Loaded Spud!

Light week for us but we will be out for a couple visits! Be on the lookout for upcoming dates for holiday pre-order options thru the New Year!

Right now the special is TBD, but we will update this post once that decision has been made.

**Special Note: We would like to thank everyone for being patient with us during the past several weeks. As a family we have endured a lot of challenges. We have been coping with 2 losses, as well as Chris's mom having a health emergency that has required our hands on attention. She's on the mend, but had spent a week in ICU on a ventilator for a few of those days as well. She's now in a 'regular' room (AMEN!) Between 'life's curve balls' and various other issues, its been difficult to be out as often as we would like to be. So again, we thank everyone for continuing to support us via public visits and private event deliveries! It truly has been what has carried us through the last several weeks!

**Unfortunately we will now be closed today, Wednesday, November 22nd, due to numerous factors. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will be OPEN on Wednesday this week in LaGrange, at Wayne's!! SPUDS for the special!!

*Due to impending weather (rain), we will be CLOSED on Friday, November 17th (Carrollton).

We do hope to be open Tuesday and Wednesday next week, weather permitting. Stay tuned for that post!

**THIS WEEK**

Things will be different this week due to having a couple private holiday events being scheduled! Catch up with us while you can. Thanksgiving week will also be short due to celebrating the holiday.

Should you need any food for the week of Thanksgiving (whether its BBQ or not) give us a shout to get a pre-order placed with us. We can arrange for pickup in either Lagrange or Bedford for Wednesday the 22nd.

*TUESDAY 11/14: **Private set-up at DOW in Carrollton, 11am-1pm**

*FRIDAY 11/17: CARROLLTON, at Country Liquors, open at 11am.

The special for Tuesday and Friday will be the SPUD!

**UPDATE for Eminence, Thursday the 11/9**

We will not be open today. The wind at home is not being kind to us. Firing up the smoker will make it difficult to keep hot and at the right temp to keep food at safe temperatures for this morning and today. Not to mention equipment that's set up will make for increased risk of damage or injury.

Hopefully we can get a non-windy visit soon!!

**LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT**

Please note that right now we are experiencing a family emergency that may cause us to have to close at a moment's notice. Chris and Lisa's grandmother, which is also Timmy/Tim's mother has been moved to Comfort Care/End of Life Care as of 2 days ago. In the event that her condition changes we will need to be there with her as well as each other. Right now, staying busy between visits is what is helping everyone cope, so we do have some days we are planning to be open. With that being said, here is this week's plan for locations:

Tuesday 10/31: *We are now CLOSED for This date*

Wednesday 11/1: *LaGrange* at Wayne's Polaris, open at 11am.

Friday 11/3: *Carrollton* at Country Liquors, 11am-3pm only!

Special: ONE LAST RUN OF NACHOS!! Then we will start running some NEW fall & winter friendly specials, so be on the look out!!

The fun is still on for tomorrow! It looks like it may stop raining just in time for this event to take place, which is GREAT!! We will be on site with our regular menu plus pulled pork nachos and kid's hot dog meal! 😁

Side note: Square card processing is down again today (Saturday). They are unsure of the restoration time, so please try to have CASH tomorrow 'just in case' it is down for an extended period of time.

**UPDATE for Carrollton today, Friday, October 27th**

Unfortunately we will not be able to make our visit that was slated for 11-3 today.

Chris 'gettin' PIGGY wit it' in Bedford this evening! 🤣 he just loves the mask he found recently! (Wonder why?🤔)

Thursday, October 26th:
We WILL be OPEN this evening in Bedford, at the Courthouse for the LAST Farmer's Market of 2023! We will open at 3pm, and trick or treat with the vendors will begin at 4pm. Full menu available plus we will have pulled pork nachos as the Special!

**As of now, we will be open on Friday in Carrollton as well, 11-3pm. If things change we will keep everyone updated!

**UPDATE for LaGrange**
Wednesday, October 25th:

Due to a family emergency, we will be CLOSED for today. Any changes for the remainder of the week will be posted on a day to day basis at this point in time.

*Thursday is the LAST Farmer's Market for Trimble County and all vendors will be handing out candy to the kiddos to celebrate Halloween! Make sure to stop by for dinner, collect a little candy, and grab some end-of-harvest goodies from the wonderful vendors that have participated all season-long! Kiddos are welcome to wear their costumes too!

TODAY! Come celebrate 85 years with Tractor Supply! We'll be at Tractor Supply Co. (CARROLLTON)today, Saturday, October 21st, opening 10am! We're bringing our full menu PLUS the Loaded Spud for today's special! 🤤🤤🤤

**Carrollton!**
You'll have not one, but TWO, chances to visit this week! First, we will be at Country Liquors on Friday (10/20), opening at 11am. Second will be Saturday (10/21)at Tractor Supply for their 85th Anniversary Celebration, beginning at 10am! Both visits we will be open to the public!

We'll have the SPUD for the special both days! Don't say we didn't tell ya!

REMINDER: We will be in LaGrange at Wayne's Polaris tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18th!! Bringing the Loaded Spud with us and we open at 11am!

Hey friends! A bit different week for everyone. We will at this year's To***co Festival in Carrollton,Ky! In preparation for that we will not be open today. Here are the opening times for us for the event:

Thursday & Friday: 5pm-?
Saturday: 11am-?

We will be located at the Carroll County Courthouse along with several other food vendors. There's LOTS to do and see this week/end! A great chance to get out and about, and snag up some grub! We will be running an event Special of SPUDS! As always, they're while supplies last, IYKYK!

Kickin' off this gorgeous day with festivities in Eminence! Everything is open and ready for YOU! Parade is at 1pm too!

Come check out all the fun and vendors today! If you're hankerin' for some BBQ you can find us between CVS and the bank, beside the main drag! We'll have our full menu PLUS nachos, smoked chicken salad and pork loin as today's specials! 😋
