After promoting the single/music video for TA***IC LOVER I ran out of motivation and energy to push the album....also feeling shame...shame to share my shadows...shame to be seen and heard...
This album speaks mainly of addiction. I have been working through my addictions since beginning my healing/spiritual journey 2 years ago but now I am finally getting the help I need to conquer my love, s*x and fantasy addiction....but I will talk more openly about this another time....
SHADOW SHAME and the songs that I have written have helped me through some of my darkest moments giving clarity to my chattering mind...finding my truth...raw, unfiltered, unapologetic....and connecting to YOU my audience...who often feel the same way about the topics I am exploring.....
I'm excited for my future....I have dreams to guide others on their musical/healing journey, inspiring the collective to connect to their truth through their voice.....

After being told I wasn’t the right kind of music, for a festival I hoped to play at….I decided to call my album ‘SHADOW SHAME’ - a deep fear and embarrassment hit me, a feeling of being too much, of over sharing….a fear of judgement and rejection….a feeling that sits with me every day…part of my shadow….
I am extremely privileged to be able to make music as a self funded, independent artist…
I felt shame for my privilege….shame that I was able to heal…shame for being a s*xual being…shame for wanting to be loved…shame for the depression and darkness that lived in me for so many years…..
I believe releasing ‘SHADOW SHAME’ will free me from my shame and my stories and welcome in a more integrated and accepting way of being. I feel it already, I feel more whole in myself….ready to leave the old version of me behind, wrapped up in this bundle of sound and creativity!
Making SHADOW SHAME and discovering songwriting as a tool for self exploration and healing has been such a profound experience….This album serves as a bio of my healing journey, covering topics that have deeply affected me, such as addiction, su***de, obsessive love, wanting to be more than I am, social media, s*xual desires and expectations….to name a few!!
A big thank you to Aleceo for producing this masterpiece - I will share more about our process in the coming posts!

Music producer/DJ and I embarked on a musical adventure together back in 2021....
He created a simple, vintage/futuristic sound using Roland TR-808 drum machine and Prophet 08 analog synths....
We were on the Ta***ic Island of Koh Phangan....I was exploring ta**ra and going through a deep healing and spiritual transformation!
This song is a reflection of my time spent there....and I am sooooo looking forward to returning to Koh Phangan in March to promote the music video and album!!
I already feel like this is an absolute 'Anthem'!!

I am beyond excited to announce that I am performing with my Warrior Babes on Wednesday 30th June at Koh Phangan’s only LGBTQ+ and friends event PURPLE at Two Girls Bar & Restaurant !!
As a Q***r Band and a proud bis*xual woman, we/I feel honoured to be performing on this island and at Two GIrls!! Koh Phangan has truly allowed me to explore my own identity/s*xality and be proud of who I am!
Thank You to all the inspiring people who have made me feel so welcome and inspired my growth as an artist and a human over the past 6 months. I feel blessed to have met each and everyone of you!
So this Wednesday, let’s celebrate!! Two Girls is a restaurant and will be serving delicious food and alcohol you will be happy to know, so come early to enjoy a meal! We will be following all Covid Regulation - so please bring and wear your mask when required!

NO DJ but SOMETHING ELSE (but music playlists ok) - due to ongoing covid restrictions there will be no DJ but I will be there to entertain you with an electronic soundscape of sounds and feelings! Over the lockdown I bought a loop station. I have a small 20 minute set to captivate you and tell you stories of my island love adventures!
