There is no food better than a plate of mouth watering meals our moms make. Our comfort food has always been meals made by her. Be it Sinigang, Paksiw na Pata or even the simplest dish. We always look forward to every weekend and smell the food she makes.

This is one of my favorites. Honestly, we still don’t have a name for it. She just whips it up like magic and there i go — looking for a banana somewhere in the kitchen...it’s goes well with it 😁

my inspiration and love for homecooking has been passed on by our mother. Someday i will have a proper name for it but for now, i aptly call it- Letty’s Pachambs! 🙂
