"Drowning"

It's been a while since I've done a speed paint (1hr-45min). Every time I do one I feel like its often better than when I spend hours working, and that's because when I challenge myself to do a piece quickly, I don't have time to overthink.

In anticipation for the upcoming movie, I did a portrait and lighting study of a scene from the film! 🥳 I'll post up a video of the progress soon. The armour was probably my favourite part to do, and its not usually something I do. 😅

Another commission piece completed recently

Hey so havent had much time this week to do art, but I thought I would show a commission piece I did recently for a friend. This is Indy, and what a good pupper she is.

So excited to be sending off the first print of my piece 'Witchcraft' to , and I am really appreciating all the support I've been getting from everyone for the past few weeks.

Just updated my Etsy store with three new pieces, including this brand new piece titled Witchcraft. I have also updated the sizes offered to include a smaller A5 option for all prints.

If you like what you see and want more, give me a follow for updates on new artworks as they are made.

Now it's time to finish my current commission work, like a good freelance artist would.

Another quick portrait for today

Spent some time today working on this piece with the goal to stick to blue and green colours, but eventually decided to add a dash of orange.

I'm really keen to keep sticking to colour schemes, as they make for interesting pieces. Does anyone have a favourite colour combo that I could try out for a future piece?
