It’s a bit late but finally my Halloween kitty is done! It took many hours and lots of eating meals with eggs to get the shells 😂 it was a lot of fun.

This grumpy Persian cat is by far the favourite when I bring him along to stalls! I think it’s the expression and lots of people compare him to their cats 🐱 he’s done in acrylic paint and isn’t actually based on a real cat this time - he just appeared from my imagination!

Sketch of ballet shoes on Kraft paper. I’ve always loved dancing and when I was younger ballet was a firm favourite. Now it’s more jazz or jive but ballet will always have a special place for me ❤️

I got asked at my last stall if I draw dogs. The answer is I do! Even though I’m a big cat lover I still really like dogs (and just animals in general!). This is a King Charles Spaniel I’ve been working on, based off my sisters dog Alfie.

I realised I hadn’t posted this oldie on Instagram! I’ve absolutely adored Pokémon since a young age and Eevee was one of my favourites. In fact my party in the early games was pretty much all eeveelutions! I’m hoping to colour this at some point to make it really pop out.

I can’t deny that I’m a cat lover, or an animal lover in general. Animals feature in most of my work and they’re the things I find most fun to draw! Here’s a pencil study of a cat face 😊

Sea otters are so cute! I was inspired to do this piece both by sea otter awareness week and a story i read about them stealing surfboards! I used handmade paper so the tricky texture was difficult to work with but a lot of fun.
My first try at making some paper and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. It’s a great way of recycling old documents that would have otherwise being shredded. Excited to use these for new art pieces 😁

My dad told me recently that he watched a nature documentary which said elephants feet’s had pockets of air which cushioned their footsteps. That just made me think of an elephant wearing Nike airs!

My partner bought me this game as he knew I love animals. It gives me some really cool prompts for drawing! This time I selected tortoise and camping and came up with this picture.
