They did not hurt you because they didn’t value you. They hurt you because they are hurt themselves. They have projected their pain onto you, and for that, I am sorry on their behalf. You are worth way more than the way you are treated. Please do not let the way people treat you dictate the way you think of yourself. You are love. You are special. God bless you and may you find true happiness within yourself first.

Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

I wish you, wherever you are, that you have a full and wonderful life. May all the best in this world come to you every day. May your dreams come true, may health and happiness be abundant and may you always be a vector of kindness, justice, gratitude and generosity. The world is so much better because you are here. Psalm 51 is the 51st psalm of the Book of Psalms, beginning in English in the King James Version: "Have mercy upon me, O God". In the Greek Septuagint version of the bible, and the Latin Vulgate, this psalm is Psalm 50 in a slightly different numbering system. In Latin, it is known as Miserere, especially in musical settings. Psalm 51 is one of the penitential psalms. It is traditionally said to have been composed by David[3] as a confession to God. The psalm is a regular part of Jewish, Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Protestant liturgies. Its deeper meaning lies in the sacrifice and offering of the lower nature (bulls = egos), in order to gain a new refined and divine spirit as well as heart.

I've been suffering with horrible anxiety and panic for about 6 months to the point I was afraid to even work. About 3 weeks ago I visited a 12th century monastery on the island of corfu where the byzantine monks still resided . For those who are intrigued why they appreciate Gregorian Chants, even though they are not catholic:

Appreciation for culture and music are beyond religious and cultural bonds. This is a right every man should enjoy, and one's beliefs is not a reason to deny it. So, if you are atheist/muslim/whatever, please, listen it in peace. No man has won anything with ignorance, even worse if it's related to one's beliefs.

I am not catholic. I chose to follow no religion to respect every one of them as equal. Sorry for any bad english
