It’s valentines week 💌🌹

As well as showing the people who you love and care about how much you love them this week, also remember to show yourself love and give yourself a break. It’s so easy to sometimes forget to wind down and have some you time when life becomes crazy and busy. I challenge you to do something for yourself this week, whether it be to go on a walk, have a pamper, watch your favourite movie, or simply just relax doing something you love. Self care is just as important as caring for other people. Love you all and hope you do something for yourself 🤍🌹

Just before Christmas I donated to Beth Parr’s food bank collection by giving a box full of tinned and packaged food along with some Christmas crackers for the festivities 🤍

I can’t believe it’s only 54 days until the IJM UK finals where I get to proudly wear my regional sash and represent Leicestershire. I can’t wait to compete for my dream title and 👑The crown of opportunity’s👑

Leicester IJM Workshop 🩵🤍

I enjoyed the Leicester IJM workshop yesterday so much, as I got to learn some amazing pageant tricks and tips, and I got to see all my closest friends. It was also amazing that it was in Leicester since I live in Leicestershire so didn’t have too far to travel. These workshops are completely free and an amazing way of preparing for your next pageant. Thankyou and for another amazing workshop 🤍

Miss Great Britain Finals 🤍

I had the most incredible time watching the finals last night, and every single woman who stepped out in that stage was absolutely incredible. So many inspiring women on one stage. I also loved seeing some of my pageant besties 🤍

Congratulations to the new queens and you were all incredible 👑

I met Amber in 2019 when competing in junior galaxy uk, she was the first pageant friend I ever had, and I have seen her years of hard work and dedication all leading up to this moment. Tonight I know you will absolutely give it your all and more, hopefully being able to win the international crown you have been dreaming of for so long! You have made the UK very proud, and you certainly have a very proud bestie. Words can’t describe how much I love you Amber, and how happy it makes me to see you achieving your dreams. I had such an amazing time on Saturday attending Bollywood Beautiful event!
I had such an incredible time catching up with all of my friends as well as raising money for the Southampton hospital charity. Congratulations to Aryana who raised over £1100 for such an amazing charity, and well done for hosting such an amazing event, despite the British weather 🤍

I had the most incredible time at today’s workshop, seeing my pageant besties, improving my interview skills, and strutting my stuff! Thankyou so much for organising the most amazing workshops 🩵✨🤍

Throwback Thursday to the last IJM workshop that I attended before the IJM finals in April! These workshops are honestly so helpful as they allow you to improve upon your interview skills, and you get to strut your stuff!

At the pageant girl weekender I had such an amazing time attending brunch event, as I was able to catch up with all of my pageant besties and the food was delicious! Thankyou Chloe for organising such a great event. This brunch should definitely become a pre-pageant girl tradition 🤍

Safe to say my first appearance with my new sash was absolutely amazing. Well done to every single person who had the courage and confidence to get up on stage last night. To be in a room with so many inspirational women was incredible. Last night has made me even more excited to be back in pageant land, and for competing in IJM. I had such an incredible time supporting my girls competing and also seeing lots of my pageant friends 🤍

I am Freya your International Junior Miss Leicestershire Teen 2023/24 🤍✨

I’m so excited to announce that I will be returning to the IJM UK stage in April next year. Everyone has been so curious as to what the next steps of my pageant journey would be, and for me, returning to IJM was a no brainer! I absolutely fell in love with this incredible system and I had so much fun this year competing for my dream title, that I wanted to continue my IJM journey! Thankyou to both Ruth and Jason for being the most amazing directors, and for giving me the opportunity to return to IJM UK. I can’t wait, it is going to be the most fabulous journey, working towards 👑The Crown Of Opportunities 👑

Happy 19th Birthday to this absolute icon. I am so glad that you came into my life Brooke, we have made so many amazing memories together and I’m sure we will in the future.
