Hello everyone! I apologize for the late post, however I have finished the list and everyone has been assigned a group! Each group has 5 people in it except one which has 6. Each group has a Christmas name, this is just to make it a little fun and doesn’t need to have anything to do with your gifts. Good morning everyone! We have about eight and a half weeks until we embark on the carnival breeze. With that in mind, we should set a clear plan for the gift exchange.

Anyone who would like to participate please comment on this post with your cabin number before November 18th 2022. This will give everyone around a month to choose if they would like to participate and then a month to plan. I will gather all of the participants and divide them into smaller groups and post them on November 19th. There will be about 5 people in your group depending on how many participants we end up with.

We will deliver the gifts to our assigned cabins the first couple days of the cruise. Please don’t exceed $5 on each gift.

I’ve done a little bit of research and from what I gather we can do the gift exchange one of two ways. We can either get a small gift for everyone in the group who would like to participate, usually people do a magnet from where they are from, or a small gift $1-2. The other option is to do a regular gift echange where we are each cabin is assigned another cabin and get a gift for them around $5-7. What is everyone’s opinion on these options?

Has anyone done a cabin gift exchange before? How was it set up?
