Tag has figured out that the crying sound = treats. I reward him when he noses at my hand. Now to get him to consistently lick/bump my hands!

Someone is now pouting with his Frisbee. This dog cracks me up omg.
Tag dislikes when Grandpa leaves to play disc golf without him. He's throwing a right fit now, whining and running from window to me.
Ignore my crazy hair...
Working with Tag on responding to when I'm crying. We play this game where I pretend cry while holding treats in my hand. He noses at the treat and gets rewarded. I sometimes throw a treat away from me to create distance between us.

Tag passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen! He keeps trying to eat his ribbon though...
I decided to muzzle train Tag. Hopefully he'll never need a muzzle, but I'd rather train it in and never need it rather than him need it and not have that training. Here's his first session!

Tuesday, an older man (who was actively trying to distract Tag) asked if Tag was hard of hearing. Nope! My service dog's ignore game is just that strong. Way to go, Tag!

STORY TIME!
A few days ago it was dark, sleeting, and just generally miserable out. I let Tag into the (large) yard. He was wearing his bo**ies because we were about to go to the store. After letting him frolick about the entire yard I realized he was missing a bo**ie. Panic! I didn't want to search for the bo**ie in the cold and dark. Then I realized he was carrying something. This good sir was carrying his missing bo**ie! He was so excited to play with his nemesis.
